Hi I'm Jeff Tegeler, a design/builder for all of Eastern Iowa.

I wanted to fill a need for new homes, for under $100,000 after the historic floods of June 2008 washed away or damaged more than 4000 homes in Eastern Iowa.

I have some basic plans called "Homes From Simpler Times", and can design one for your specific needs, as well as your budget. We are building log and Timber Frame Homes and barns too. These also work well for second homes or cabins

With the help of my wife Michelle, and my son Jared, we can re-build, restore, or remodel an existing structure, small or large.
